  • What services do you offer?

    We offer professional real estate media including:

    • Photography • Videography • Cinematic video walkthroughs • Drone photos & video • 2D/3D floor plans

    • Virtual staging • Reels/short-form social media content • Twilight photo (reel & virtual)

  • What is the TITUS "Pay at Close" program?

    The TITUS program allows agents to order photos & media now and pay after the property closes (for within 6 months, whichever comes first).

  • How do I qualify for the TITUS program?

    To qualify, you must:

    • Be a licensed real estate agent • Sign the TITUS agreement • Provide the property details before the shoot

    Approval usually takes less than 5 minutes.

  • When will my photos/media be ready?

    Delivery will be within 24 - 48 hrs from the time of the photo shoot. A 12-hour rush delivery can be ordered in advance. Videography will be delivered with 48 hrs.

  • If there is anything I'd like to change, can it be edited?

    Yes, absolutely! If there’s something you would like changed, just call or email us and we will get back to you on the same business day to address the adjustments.

  • Do you offer online ordering?

    You can order your media online, or call us to ask questions and schedule your appointment. We're here to make it easy for you.

  • Can you come to my city to shoot?

    Yes. We cover Southwestern Ohio. The greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas. You will find our coverage map when you order your media. If you do not see your area listed and would like to place an order, please call or email to request a property shoot. Travel expenses may be assessed. Long-distance shoots (1-3 hours away) are available with advance scheduling.

  • This is a frequently asked question?

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel a shoot?

    Yes — rescheduling is free if done 24 hours or more before the appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee because the slot is reserved for you.

  • What if the weather is bad?

    If the weather prevents drone work or outdoor shots, you may:

    • Reschedule at no cost, or

    • Still complete the interior portion of the shoot and return for drone/exterior later.

  • How should I prepare the home before the shoot?

    We send a prep checklist before every appointment. The short version:

    • Declutter • Light cleaning • Hide cords + personal items + trash cans

    • Open blinds • Turn on all lights, and turn off all ceiling fans
